Over the many years of business travel I've seen incredible sights out the windows of airplanes (and a few helicopters.) On some flights, I've documented the sights all the way from New York to San Francisco. On others, I've cherry-picked the great images in San Francisco Bay and Monterey Bay, and then gone on to sleep.

Thanks to prompting from my friend Jeff Franzen, I've collected here some of the most interesting and unusual airplane views I've encountered.
